Furrl is a funded early stage startup building a GenAI discovery platform for new-age Instagram brands. We are attacking the 100 billion dollar D2C market in India by creating a one stop shop for consumers to discover, validate and purchase these lakhs of independent brands and creators in India. Built for scale.


About the Role:


We are building a stellar team at Furrl, and you will be part of an exciting journey of building the business from the early days.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Plan and own all talent acquisition activities for all open positions. Take ownership across sourcing, job posting, screening and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, while working directly with hiring managers (including the CEO). Identify and get involved with the right communities and universities to build the Furrl brand with prospective candidates.
2. People processes Own key people processes including: - On-boarding and off-boarding of employees - Rewards & recognition and other cultural initiatives - Leaves, policy enforcement, conflict resolution etc
3. Systems and administration - Work directly with the CEO to support with any data, documentation or process requirements. - Support with any upcoming functions and ad-hoc projects.


Who should apply?

  • Requirements - Bachelors/Masters degree from a reputed institute. -

  • 1-3 years in Talent Acquisition/People roles. -

  • Must be conversant with standard recruitment portals and tools. -

  • Extremely strong communication skills (oral and written). -

  • Interpersonal skills in problem-solving and confl ict resolution. -

  • Working knowledge of HR/payroll software and MS Office. Past experience of working with an early stage start-up is a plus.
