  • We’re looking for a dynamic HR Lead to take full ownership of the People function, driving strategy, execution, and culture across the company.

Who should apply?

  • Experience: 3-5 years in HR, with exposure to both strategic and operational aspects. Experience in SaaS companies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR Operations: Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including hiring, performance reviews, compliance, onboarding, and exit processes.

  • Shape Company Culture: Plan and execute initiatives to build a strong, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture through policies, events, and day-to-day practices. Drive Strategic Projects: Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures.

  • Lead department levelling and work on department-wise ROI metrics. Build and refine policies for travel, leaves, ESOPs, and more.

  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team on retention strategies, organizational growth, and employee development plans.

  • Be Hands-On: Roll up your sleeves to execute day-to-day HR activities, from drafting job descriptions to addressing employee concerns.

  • Enhance the Employee Experience: Continuously improve how we attract, retain, and grow talent.
