About the Role:
At Lifesight, we seek an experienced Recruiter with 3+ years to drive Tech and Non-tech hiring. This role requires someone capable of independently managing end-to-end recruitment while building strong stakeholder relationships and optimising processes.
Who should apply?
3-4 years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in Tech & Non-tech hiring. Startup exposure is a must-have.
(SaaS Preferred) Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic and operational responsibilities. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to build & analyze reports. Have strong candidate interviewing skills. Understanding of recruitment process & systems.
Process-oriented: Demonstrable commitment to defining, documenting and following processes and workflows
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage the full recruitment cycle across Tech and non-technical roles.
Harness the power of data and analytics to measure the efficacy of our recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement, and optimise our strategies accordingly.
Ensuring timely and high-quality hires. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and hiring managers, aligning talent acquisition efforts with our overarching business objectives.
Source and attract top talent, leveraging expertise in B2B SaaS hiring.
