About the Role:
As a Tech Recruiter at Dezerv, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team and driving the growth of our product and business. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and tech leads to understand their needs and find exceptional candidates who will contribute to our mission of revolutionising the financial industry.
Who should apply?
3-5 years of recruiting experience in consumer tech startups
Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup or high-growth environment
Deep understanding of software engineering and/or other technical disciplines.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and GitHub
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop strategies to attract great talent
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
Screen resumes and screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical team members
Guide candidates through the interview process and maintain a transparent process
Conduct reference checks and assist with negotiating offers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (we use MyNextHire)
Stay current on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting
Continuously evaluate and improve our recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
