About the Role:
Required Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Minimum of 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
● Extensive experience in recruiting for technical roles, particularly within the IT industry.
● Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Develop and execute robust talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on attracting top talent across various departments, particularly technical roles in product/platform engineering, cloud computing, digital transformations, and AI.
● Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing recruitment team of 3-6 seasoned recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and results-oriented performance.
● Global Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract talent from regions such as the US, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.
● Candidate Evaluation: Oversee the candidate screening process, ensuring all potential hires align with CLOUDSUFI's requirements and culture. Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers for a seamless experience.
● Offer Negotiation: Lead negotiations of compensation packages and employment terms in alignment with company policies and market standards, ensuring a fair and attractive offer for potential candidates.
● Onboarding Oversight: Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, enhancing the candidate's transition and ensuring a positive experience from recruitment to full integration.
● Employer Branding: Strengthen CLOUDSUFI’s employer brand by showcasing the company's culture, values, and growth opportunities to potential candidates and through effective communication strategies.
● Talent Analytics: Measure recruitment effectiveness by tracking key metrics (e.g., time to hire, quality of hire, retention rates) and using data to refine and optimize recruitment processes.
