About the Role:

We are looking for someone who is looking to excel as a TA. You should find it exciting to identify the right candidate for the company and the job. If you are someone who knows how critical it is to get the right person to enhance the capability of the business exponentially, we would love to talk to you!

Who should apply?

Excellent at articulating and communicating the employer brand. Naturally good at selling. Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn. Relevant internship experience (at least 2 to 4 months) in hiring tech/non-tech talent in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment is a big plus

Key Responsibilities:

Continuously evaluate and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Refine the interviewing & selection approaches to speed up closures and joining Build a healthy talent pipeline to engage and nurture for future conversions Implement a recruitment plan to attract high quality applicants
