As our people & culture manager, you will direct Fam’s engagement initiatives through every member’s life cycle to align them with our business and people strategies. Who should apply?

• Expertise: 5+ years working in human resources function in a tech company.

• Hiring: Proven experience in building high-functioning tech and non tech teams.

• People Operations: Worked on employee experience and employee finance management.

• Team Player: Experience working with a team of 5+ members
  And obviously has high empathy for people and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Top Talent Hunter: Build the best functioning teams, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.

• Employee Experience: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees.

• Asset, Travel, and Admin Management: Coordinate and manage office assets and admin operations.

• Finance Management: Collaborate with the finance team to handle payroll processing and expense management.

• Process Improvement: Analyse data to identify trends, make decisions, and enhance HR strategies. Grievance Addressal: Be the point of contact for employees to address their concerns and providing timely resolutions.
