Here, an ode to 'daily bread' culture collides with a new, risk-taking approach to flavor. Our team starts at 5 am daily, pushing boundaries to craft extraordinary bread and viennoiserie. Bringing Fine Cacao to the Forefront: Subko Cacao reimagines cacao through the Indian Subcontinent's lens. As a purpose-driven, experiential brand, we reshape the cacao landscape with a 'Pod-to-Bar' experience, focusing on comprehensive sourcing, processing, and production. Subko aims to set a global quality standard for Specialty Coffee, Bakehouse, and Fine Cacao from the Indian Subcontinent, while showcasing the true ethos of Cherry to Cup, Crop to Craft, and Pod to Bar.
About the Role:
As Subko grows, so does our employee count, as does our HR team! I am looking for someone who is willing to get entrenched in People Operations, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from Joining to Exit for our Bengaluru operations. We have a young and vibrant team, who are motivated to take Subko to the next level, and need the support of an HR who will advocate for them along the way.
Who should apply?
Prior experience of 2-3 required; (in an operations heavy industry such as Hospitality/FMCG/Retail would be an advantage) Knowledge of handling employee issues such as onboarding, appraisals, disciplinary actions, grievances, general employee management necessary Experience in working in an autonomous environment, being a problem solver a big plus. Any experience of being in the craft F&B space is welcome.
