About the role:
We are a fast-growing startup looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As a young organization, we need a dynamic individual who can take ownership of the entire HR spectrum, from recruitment to employee welfare. You'll be working directly with the CEO and team leads. Who should apply?
4-5+ years of HR experience in startups, handling end-to-end HR responsibilities.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR software tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Based out of Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment cycle: JD creation, sourcing, screening, and managing the candidate pipeline.
Partner with team leads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
Help move candidates through the interview process efficiently, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in drafting, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure that all HR policies align with organizational goals and are communicated effectively to employees.
Facilitate quarterly performance reviews and 360-degree feedback cycles.
Work closely with managers to ensure constructive feedback is provided and development plans are in place for employees.
Handle the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Manage off-boarding processes, conducting exit interviews and gathering feedback to improve employee retention.
Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including benefits and reimbursements.
