About the Role:


Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator - Intern to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to help manage recruitment and onboarding coordination. This role requires a proactive individual who is highly organised, systematic, with clear communication, in order to create a seamless candidate interviewing experience at SpotDraft


Who should apply?


Requirements: Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who’s organised with attention to details Adaptable to changing priorities and last-minute changes. Excellent communication and confidentiality skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities: Schedule phone and video interviews with hiring managers and recruiters. Communicate with candidates and assist them through the interview process. Host virtual and onsite interviews, showcasing our work environment and managing schedules. Post job openings on external job boards as needed. Enhance candidate experience and streamline scheduling. Collaborate with the team on improving candidate experience. Help in pre-onboarding and onboarding coordination Support recruitment events and talent branding activities. Help with ad-hoc tasks supporting the team
