The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals for the managed spaces company. The HRBP will be responsible for driving HR programs that support employee engagement, development, and retention, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role will require a deep understanding of the business operations, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and lead change. Key Competencies:
