About the Role:


At Quess, we are hiring for a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our Leadership Hiring (Internal Hiring) for business verticals of Quess. This is an end-to-end recruitment opportunity where you will be working with C-level stakeholders.


Who should apply?

  • 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, preferably with SAAS Platform

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Leadership hiring.

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions within TAT

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.

  • Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback from interviewers, and communicate updates to candidates.

  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with candidates.

  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep candidate records updated.

  • Offer negotiation with shortlisted candidates in line with internal parity.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
