About the Role:
At Quess, we are hiring for a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our Leadership Hiring (Internal Hiring) for business verticals of Quess. This is an end-to-end recruitment opportunity where you will be working with C-level stakeholders.
Who should apply?
5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, preferably with SAAS Platform
Minimum 2 years of experience in Leadership hiring.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions within TAT
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback from interviewers, and communicate updates to candidates.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with candidates.
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep candidate records updated.
Offer negotiation with shortlisted candidates in line with internal parity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
