About the Role:
At Quess, we are hiring for an Assistant manager/ Manager Total Rewards. This is an end-to-end exposure for people in core benefits and compensation. If you are into Insurance as well, that would be a plus.
Who should apply?
Bachelor’s degree in Any specialization.
Master’s degree in human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is plus.
3+ years of relevant experience in total rewards management, compensation and benefits administration. (not in talent acquisition or HRBP)
Strong knowledge of compensation strategies, benefits programs, and recognition practices.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stakeholders.
Extensive knowledge in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and administration of competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards & recognition programs.
Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
Assist in managing the rewards budget effectively.
Lead the compensation, variable pay and Promotion planning process, including system configuration, testing, data analysis, budgeting, guideline development, training, communication, and execution.
Oversee benefits programs such as insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and employee perks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage and administer the Rewards & Recognition program.
Support in measurement of effectiveness of Compensation, benefits and Rewards and recognition programs and initiatives through employee feedback and metrics.
Performance Management:
Drive the end-to-end performance management process.
HR Policy Development:
Create, implement, and maintain all HR-related policies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Conduct periodic reviews and analysis of rewards and performance data to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
Communication and Guidance:
Communicate rewards programs to employees.
Resolve all employee and stakeholder queries related to total rewards effectively and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure performance management processes and total rewards programs are planned and executed accurately and on time.
Vendor Management:
Lead vendor management efforts related to Total rewards, including Relationship management, negotiation, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
