About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - HR Operations who will manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, HRMS (preferably Keka), payroll management, attendance and leave systems, and HR analytics. You will ensure smooth and efficient HR operations in line with company policies and legal compliance.
Who should apply?
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in HR Operations.
Proficiency in Keka HRMS or similar HR systems.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
Experience in HR analytics and generating reports for decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Oversee the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and managing full-and-final settlements.
HRMS Management (Keka): Maintain and update employee records in the Keka HRMS system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRMS functionalities.
Payroll and HR Compliance Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). Collaborate with finance for payroll process Oversees entire HR compliance with our partner end to end for all act related returns and challans.
Attendance and Leave Management: Oversee attendance tracking and leave management through the HRMS. Address attendance discrepancies and ensure adherence to company policies.
HR Analytics and Reporting: Generate, analyze, and present HR metrics and reports to leadership (attrition, headcount, absenteeism, etc.). Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
Employee Relations: Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, and other HR matters. Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in HR operations. Implement best practices for HR processes and systems.
